I have been using Jenbri for over 2 years and he has never let me down! When I handled property management he took care of all our homes and has traveled even to Seminole County for me. I had some homes where I just KNEW I would have to tell the clients they would have to install new flooring! He did GREAT! I had him strip my linoleum flooring and was amazed how white my floor was suppose to be! He handles tile, linoleum, carpets and has a cleaning business as well so he can take care of the homes from top to bottom for before move in cleaning or routine. Brian himself comes out every year to clean a carpets throughout the house just before our holiday company comes. He always does an excellent job for a very reasonable price. He meticulously goes through each room and spot checks where I have small post-it notes down to denote "high traffic" or old spills. He pays special attention to those spots and gets them right out and FAST, FAST, FAST! We could not be happier with their service and we look forward to our JenBri visit every year! "I just bought a foreclosed house in Clermont, FL. As you can imagine the carpets were in very sad shape. "I spilled an orange liquid vitamin solution on my white carpet this past Saturday afternoon. I waited until 7:30 a.m. on Monday and called Stanley Steemer - they said it would not be able to come out. I then called Jenbri (I had saved a review I read about them in the Orlando Sentinel). Brian said he would be there that afternoon and that I should have called over the weekend (they work when called). He and his wife spent an hour working diligently on the stains, even using an iron, which amazed me. And the stains were completely removed. I am so impressed that they will return to clean all my white carpeting. Don't listen when rug cleaners say "the stain won't come out.""

Even though a bad storm was headed our way, he stopped by and made an adjustment and said he'd be back the next day. He didn't charge me anything. He returned the next day and made a further adjustment, and again refused payment, saying he was glad to do a lady a favor. I've had no plumbing problems since would not hesitate to call this lovely gentleman, one of a dying breed! I called Energy Air and left a message on their emergency voicemail. A short while later, Mel returned the call. A short while after that, Mel showed up at our door. He had our air conditioner up and running in a short time, and the charge was extremely reasonable. SUZAN CHICK Greg Arney and Son Painting is a small family business that does stellar work. They painted our house inside and out this year and were a pleasure. They were on site when promised, moved furniture, cleaned up their tools and supplies nightly, finished on time and did the job at an affordable price. Greg also refinished interior doors and French doors at a very low price so they'd look as good as the rest of the house. P&P HAYS Since many family members leave town the week of Thanksgiving, Westminster Towers in downtown Orlando decided to hold its Thanksgiving dinner a week early. Seventy-five residents and 40 family members were treated to a wonderful dinner prepared and served by the staff. There were orange tablecloths, Happy Thanksgiving banners and other festive decorations. For many families this could very well have been the last Thanksgiving with a mom, or a dad, or a grandparent.
