Our Ultimate Tile and Grout cleaning process combines the maximum cleaning while insuring safety of your children and pets.
We can also change the color of your grout lines or enhance the existing color by using the ultimate color seal, making it look new. We have a large selection of colors to choose from. This color change does cost extra, this process will remove the poreness in the grout making it impossible for permanent stains.

Ultimate Tile & Grout Cleaning Process
First we apply a mild conditioner to the tile surface to begin to loosen all the imbedded cleaning products and dirt that have dulled your tile over time.
We do not use muratic acid used in other cleaning processes.
We then hand scrub all grout lines for maximum cleaning.
Next, we use our patented scrubbing equipment to apply 900 pounds of water pressure at 200 degrees of heat.
As the equipment sponge dries the surface, you can see the tile luster and the clean grout lines emerge.
After we restore the original color of the grout lines, we can then seal it. This makes maintenance easier.
